Buyers
We have a multiple agents who spend most if not all their time working with buyers. One of our buyers agents is new and very promising. However, we also have buyer's agents with 20 years experience.
Note to foreclosure buyers:
We know that many of the Bank owned properties require buyers to submit contract offers on forms drafted by the bank's lawyers. Before you buy an REO from a Lender, you may wish to spend a few hundred dollars retaining an experienced real estate attorney to review your paperwork.
Realtors
If you are Real Estate professional looking to work for a brokerage owned by an attorney who can help support your negotiations with the lenders, contact us. We have set up a short sale workout team that is closing multiple short sales every month. When you work with us you can sleep at night knowing your clients have been appropriately advised by an attorney. A well informed seller is a rational client. You do not want to have a panicked client run out to any old bankruptcy attorney a day before your closing. Many sellers sense a lack of information right before closing. Sellers need good solid legal advice. We know from experience some of your sellers are going to ask the same question over and over until they are completely comfortable with the situation.
