About John McConnin, Esq.
Mr. McConnin graduated from the University of San Diego School of Law in 1991. He began practicing Real Estate law (and other law) in 1991. (He is also licensed to practice law in Florida.)
In the mid 1990s his law firm advised people on bankruptcy, mortgage and real estate workouts. The skills he honed in the mid 90s. were first called upon again 2006. Mr. McConnin listed one of the first short sales of this cycle after another Realtor referred a family member to him. Since then Mr. McConnin has helped dozens of short sales and pre-foreclosure clients in California and Florida.
Together with wife Corina he has 3 children. They spend most of their free time at youth sporting events in North County. John also enjoys working on his golf game with his brother Matt McConnin who is a full time golf instructor at Encinitas Ranch golf course.
He has been a licensed Real Estate Broker in California since 2003. He is also has a real estate sales license from Florida. Because he has worked as a Realtor for buyers and sellers and at the same time he is an experienced real estate attorney, he has rare understanding of what clients really need from a Real Estate Professional.
